Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add two VOC branches.
5. Add the Requirement Type.
6. Double-click and edit the Requirement Type.
7. Observe the result.

Description

When selecting the Requirement Type from the dropdown, a 'Failed' alert is displayed.
For the second row, I added the Requirement Type and tried to change it by selecting another type. At that time, a 'Failed' alert was displayed.
