Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Interface Function Matrix.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Allocate the risk to the child elements.
5. Click on the +Requirements.
6. Delete the Requirement and refresh the page.
7. Observe the result.
