Steps To Reproduce:

1.Navigate to Business Rules
2.Click on Hide Recent Doc Updates Folder List icon
3.Search "Doc"
4.It's bringing the Levels where all are not in Use
Facing the same issue in Document Management as well.

Description

UNOMINDA - In Document Management and in Hide Recent Doc Updates Folder List - On search is showing Not In Use Levels

While manually viewing in popup (Document Management and in Hide Recent Doc Updates Folder List):
1.Only the Levels where any one of the Child or Sub Child Level is in "In Use" are shown in Popup.
2.When there is a Level of Not In Use and All its Sub Childs are Not in use, then that Level Tree is not shown in Popup on manual view.

Now, while searching it's also bringing the Levels(point2) where all child levels are not in issue (while manual view these are not showing) -- FAIL
