openCloudqa4: Non Default elements - Mandatory/Non mandatory is not working based on Audit Template. (Both Corporate & site specific)

1.Enter the site URL
2.Enter the user credentials
3.Select Audit module by clicking EWQIMS
4.Click Scheduler menu & select Audit Schedule
5.Click add actual audit

In Cloudqa4 site Comments fields was set as Optional but it was showing as Mandatory symbol in Audit schedule. Newly open
In Cloudqa5 site Build Cycle 4, If we edit/save in Corporate site Template its not updating for other sites. - Newly open

- How do we missed in Testing ? deleted (
verified in previous cycles)
In New Audit schedule - Add Actual audit : Customer is set as non mandatory in template but while saving this alert is showing.
In Existing Audit schedule - new changes in audit template is not reflecting.
