When revision document is attached from Mobile application, Revision History page is not showing revision documents separately in the web application

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Mobile application
2.Try to attach document in the task
3.If it is approved, try to attach revision document
4.Login to Web application
5.Open the task's deliverable info where revision document get attached
6.Goto Revision history page and check the behavior. It should display 1, 2 rows which contains each revision's details. Attachment can download when click on 1/2 numbers. But when a revision is attached from Mobile app, only latest revision is showing the number correspondingly.

When revision document is attached from Mobile application, Revision History page is not showing revision documents separately in the web application. Latest revision only displaying.
