The schedule is created having rights to corporate.in audit program selected the form as template and entity mapped is corporate and every thing is under corporate. and as a Chennai scheduler picked the same audit program and modified the template to online form and entity mapped is Chennai and again logged in back as corporate scheduler and created a audit schedule to Chennai. While performing an audit the online form mapped to Chennai which is correct because the schedule is created to Chennai so the form is override and when cliked on the hyper link in upload audit record displays Blank.

Note: even NC category is not working as expected category created to corporate is not visible to Chennai site.
