problem on re upload extension request of auditor

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as auditor
2)click on perform audit
3)click on re upload extension request
4)select the re upload request date
5)select the same date as target upload date.
6)observe the screen

Description

In re upload extension request page request re upload date should not allow to select the same date as target upload date and when tried to submit the request it is allowing to submit the request.

Note: but when logged in with the re upload approvers login not able to see the request and even the mail is generating to re upload approver that "Requesting Approver(s) to approve the re-upload extension"
