1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the Production Item.
4. Add the new category.
5. Add the existing sub-categories.
6. Observe the result.

Description
- Added the categories and the existing sub-category, but the header toggle is off. After refreshing, the toggle turns on.
- Added a new control factor and the checkbox is displayed alongside the methods, and able to select the checkbox without turning on the toggle.
