Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform audit.
3. Click on any of the LPA audit.
4. Perform the Audit and raise findings.
5. Publish the Audit report.
6. Respond to the Nc as Auditee.
7. Login as Auditor and view the NC.
