Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Auditor.
Step 2: Open the VDA audit->After Fill checklist filled.
Step 3: Open the 3 dot menu & click Add/Edit VDA report.
Step 4: After entered all fields click Save button to save. And Submit button to submit the report.
Step 5: Give 'yes' for the confirmation to submit the report
