Getting error in action page when any of auditee/auditee using or responding the PDCA and we changed the Auditor Close Out Actions & Corrective Actions Response actions should be open in new window but now it was opening in new tab.

Step 2: Audits->Action-> Click the respective audit action of Auditor Close out Actions / Corrective Action response actions
