Multi site:In Audit pro doc pro level selector is mandatory but it should not be mandatory. There is no Consistency in the Function Behaviour

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as admin
2)click on module setup
3)click on business rules settings
4)navigate to doc pro level selector
5)click on the pen icon
6)select the respective level
7)click on done

Description

Like in corporate if doc pro level selector is not selected while publishing it will create a default folder in doc pro to publish.
the same way it should work to all sites as corporate but it is not working.
