Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Login as Auditor.

Step 2: Auditor->Perform audit->Open CQI/One MPA audits

Step 3: Click Import button->select the XLSX file from the local device.

Step 4: System will displays the added excel in Import preview, Check & click save icon.
