1.Login to Ewqims
2.Clcik on Setup
3.Clcik on Business Rule
4.Change Concern Title as Dropdown option
5. Go to New Concern
6.Select Category and Sub category
7.Click on Concern Title

Concern Title will load based on the category, sub category and problem classification.
The Problem classification element is not required for Android customization, if we enable/configure the Android customization, this element will not be available
this is the reason for not loading the concern title.
