SP 11.3.2

After clicking on Save, just the popup is closing. But the status of the audit remains the same. And the audit is not available in supplier login for re-submission

After rejection, status of the audit is not getting updated as expected.
ie, After resubmitting the checklist by the supplier and the auditor starts filling the checklist, the status of audit is not updated as 'SQE evaluation in Progress'

Also, the supplier score is getting vanished in report, when the auditor is filling the checklist. After filling entire checklist, its displaying correctly

After rejecting the Self-evaluation, the status of the Audit is not getting updated as 'Rejected' in "Supplier Audit status" Page
Then, after Supplier resubmitting the Evaluation, the status is getting updated as "SQE evaluation in progress" instead of "Self Evaluation Completed"
