3.Add a function and requirement against ASIL D
4.Use the same function for ASIL C
5.Decompose ASIL D into one function and Requirement
6.Delete the same from ASIL D

Description
I used the same FSR function across two different non-standard safety goals. Initially, I added it against the higher ASIL value first, and then against the lower value. The Reqt ASIL column displayed correctly for both ASIL levels at that point. However, after I decomposed the higher ASIL (D) into a separate function and corresponding requirement, then I deleted the decomposed function. Following this, I noticed that the Reqt ASIL color for the lower ASIL (C) goal vanished.
