Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the TSR.
3. Select the PI.
4. Select the child element from the BOM tree.
5. Select the TSC.
6. Add the Function and Requirement branch.
7. Delete or Decompose the Function branch.
8. Observe the result - The above functionalities are not working.
