Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select FSR
3.Locate a standard ASIL safety goal
4.Add a function and requirement
5.Decompose into 2 functions and requirements
6.Please observe
7.Decompose again any of the decompose function into 2
8.Add a requirements
9.Add a requirement branch

Description

1. When decomposing an FSR function at the first level , HELP Icon is not displaying

2. When decomposing an already decomposed FSR function 2nd level, HELP icon displays but when we add a requirement Branch it is not showing HELP icon.
