Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Block Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Draw an interface line between two elements.
5. Select the interface line and change the line style.
6. Select the line, click and drag change the source element from parent to child element.
7. Select the Scope box, click and drag.
8. Observe the result - The interface line is not moving along with the elements.
