2.Locate a Non standard ASIL safety goal
3.Decompose it into 2 functions and requirements
4.For the second function add two requirements

Description
1.Unable to decompose a non-standard ASIL function if no elements are added (Pop up displays but added function doesn't get updated)
2.Unlike standard ASIL, non-standard ASIL displays a HELP icon upon adding the first decomposition function and requirement.
3.The HELP icon of a requirement branch displays an empty 'Add ASIL' pop-up for non-standard ASIL decomposition.
(I decomposed the function into 2 functions , the second function has two requirements . The last added requirement is showing empty add asil pop up)
