Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the first-level Failure flow down and add the Second-level failure flowdown by clicking and dropping.
5. Observe the result - The page continuously loads

Description
- Added the first-level Failure Flowdown (Front Impact to Driver Airbag).
- While attempting to add the second-level flowdown (Driver Airbag to Initiator), the page continuously loads.
- Additionally, when trying to add the second-level Failure Flowdown to the existing flowdown branch, the system throws an alert and prevents the addition.
