Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Aqua Pro Module admin
2. Click on Product->Aqua pro-> Main2
3. Select Production Item
4. Click on PPAP documents
5. Right Click on PPAP Warrant document
6. Select Publlish
7. Enter the require details (Publish window)
8. Click on Publish
9. Observe the result
