AIAG VDA: Issue with Approval Route Level in AIAG VDA Document Publishing (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu->Design AIAG VDA
4. Open Block Diagram
5. Right click Production Item and select Publish
6. Add documents and select level (Approver Level)
7, Click on publish
8. Observe the result

Description

When publishing documents, the Approval Route level is not functioning as expected. The documents are being sent directly to the TOC table without going through the approval process.

Note: I have informed the VDA Developers team (Manoj) about this issue, and they mentioned that the code needs to be fixed by the Doc Pro team.

Reason for Change data is showing in Change description field also (duplication is showing)
