Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the IFM.
3. Select the PI.
4. Allocate the Risk and deallocate it.
5. Mouse hover over the deallocated cell.
6. Observe the Result - The deallocated risk tooltip is displayed while mouse hover over the deallocated cell.

Description

  1. The partition is not applied between the elements.
  2. After allocating and deallocating the Risk, the tooltip for the deallocated Risk is still displayed when hovering over the cell.
