Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select the Interface types
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Double click on the Color column
5.Expand the dialogue
6.Please observe while choosing color
7.Double click on the coolor column
8.Drag and resize dialogue by pulling the corners
9.Try to open the color palette
10.Please observe

Description

Unable to choose a color for an interface type when the color dialog is maximized because the color palette is not displayed.
Additionally, when resizing the color dialog by dragging its corners, the color palette opens behind the dialog (but we can drag the main dialogue).
