Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Right-click on the PI and select Import.
4. Observe the result the BOM elements are not imported but the system displays data imported successfully alert.
5. Select the PI and Import the VOC from Excel.
6. Observe the result - The system displays data imported successfully alert but the data is not imported.
