Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select the FSR
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Locate a non standard ASIL safety goal
5.Decompose it into 2 Function and Requirements
6.Add asil for the decomposed functions
7.Add a Requirement branch under one of the decomposed functions
8.Right click on the allocation cells of that function
9.Observe the context menu and allocate
10.Observe the standard asil displayed

Description

After decomposing a non-standard ASIL, I added another requirement branch under one of the child functions. The 'Allocate ASIL' context menu becomes enabled and displays the standard ASIL value.
