closedRequirements Document - Added one Function and two Requirements, allocated multiple elements, and then deallocated the elements. However, for one Requirement, the elements were only deallocated after a refresh.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Documents.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add one Function and two Requirements, and allocate for both requirements.
5. Clicked on the second Requirement's Flow Down indicator and deallocated all the elements.
6. Observe the result - After refreshing only, the elements for Requirement one were deallocated.

Description
- Added one Function and two Requirements, allocated multiple elements to both Requirements.
- Then, clicked on the second Requirement's Flow Down indicator and deallocated all the elements. (Function Flow Down, which was mapped to the first Requirement's Flow Down also).
- After refreshing only, the elements for Requirement one were deallocated.
