Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Product Function Page
4. Expand Global and select PI (Bom should be 3rd level)
5. Select context element (1st level)
6. In PI tree delete the 2n level Parent BOM
7. Refresh the page and click on the 3rd level BOM
8. Observe the result (Structure, BD, Function, and failure Page)

Description

The BOM tree is not loaded properly, when the select a context element for 2nd level parent and delete the first level parent BOM

Note: the same issue occurred when remove the BOM as well
