Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Administrator.(Omnex-Chennai)
2. Create user,Audit type, Audit Program in Omnex Chennai site ( Child of Corporate).
3. Go to Administrator Tab.
4. Click on Audit Cycle menu.
5. Click on new.
6. Fill Start date, End date and Cycle name.
7. Click on Add Actual audit.
8. Observe the entity name.
9. try to select lead auditor and Primary contact person.
10. Click on save and observe
