Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to the module as auditor
2)click on audit cycle
3)pick start date and end date
4)fill all mandatory fields
5)click on planned audit
6)observe the screen.

Description

when trying to create a planned audit directly planned audit screen displays blank
and when trying to create actual audit directly it is working which means after creating actual audit able to create planned auidt
