4)login as auditee
5)respond to the NC/oFI
6)login as auditor again
7)click on corrective action close out
8)pick the NC/OFI
9)mark the verification details as "Yes"
10)and Validation details as "No"
11)click on save
12)login to the module as auditee
13)click on corrective actions
14)pick the respective NC/OFI
15observe the screen.
