Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Edit the route in document management
4.Revise the document by the user who doesnt have attach rights
5.It will go via assign author
6.After author attach the document
7.The document is not following the route which was edited in document management
