1.Log into RFD
2.Select the Requirements Document.
3.Right click on the Requirement.
3.Select the 'Add/Edit Associate characteristics' option.
4.expand the pop up.
5.Select the drop down

Description

If we expand the 'Add/Edit Associate Characteristics' window and try to select the 'Is Product/Process Characteristic' dropdown, we are unable to choose in the VOC page
