PPAP Status of the Supplier part updating to Inprogress before project creation

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as SM Project Manager
2.Navigate to Programs
3. Create new Program with Supplier import
4. Import the BOM
5. Close the charter without saving
6. Navigate to the supplier details page
7. Open any supplier part included in theBOM
9. Check for the APQP status in the timeline

Description

When a Program Bom import sheet is uploaded in the program charter, and exit the charter without saving it . The Supplier details page shows the timeline for APQP in Yellow color( In progress status). Need to restrict this. No need to update the status Without creating project in PPAP.
