Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login to Application as Suite/Site admin
2) Expand Users Menu
3) Click on Users menu
4) Click on Add button
5) Fill all the details with existing mail id in "Business E-mail" field

User is not getting any alert "Business email id already exists" and different users are saved with same mail id
