Login as module admin in EVAV platform and link a production item with a project

Description

1. The project manager should have rights in APQP, FST, Aqua, CM and Docpro Modules
2. EVAV Project resource should be handled based on Roles
3. While selecting role based users either it should show the users with AQUA/FST rights
Or Once a user is added to a project they should get the AQUA/FST rights automatically to view and publish the documents
