Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Go to HARA page under HARA menu.
3.Select the PI
4.against an Operational situation ,add a branch of malfunction and effects.
5.under the same operational situation add one more Malfunction.
6.Against the second malfunction add a branch of effect, severity and controllability.
7.under the same malfunction add another branch of Effect.
8.Select Severity and Controllability and please observe.

Description

The ASIL value is not being populated when there are multiple malfunctions and effects associated with the operational situation.
I added two Malfunction Braches against an operational situation.
For the second malfunction , added 2 effects.
while adding controllability for the second Effect,its not getting added initially so the ASIL doesnt display.
After Refresh Controllability value displays but no ASIL.
