FTA- Table headers are not aligned with the table values

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.select FTA from the Technical safety concepts menu.
3.Select the Focus element.
4.Select the safety goal and failure.
5.Right click on the diagram and select Add probability.
6.Click on the Edit button of 'FM distribution' and observe.
7.Click on the Edit Button of 'Current Safety Mechanism for Failure:' , add some values and select couple of records.
8.Please observe.

Description

There is a misalignment between the table headers and the corresponding values. The headers are not properly aligned with the values in the table, resulting in a need for a left shift to achieve proper alignment.

1.In the Add Probability screen, the table structure displaying 'Safety Mechanism Name', 'Safety Mechanism Name' and Diagnostic Coverage%'
2.In the pop-up window of Edit 'FM distribution'.
