Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Add the same subcategory for two categories.
4. Off the Toggle and edit the subcategory.
5. On the Toggle.

Description

1. Added the same subcategories 'C1 & C2' in the 'N1 & N2' categories, toggled 'OFF' for 'C1 & C2' in the 'N2' category, and deleted the subcategories 'C1 & C2' with the toggle 'Off' after refreshing in the category 'N1'.
2. Added the same 'C4' subcategory for 'N1 & N2'; toggled 'Off' for 'C4' and edited the subcategory from 'C4' to 'C4.1' in the 'N1' category. Then toggled 'ON' for the toggle. After refreshing, the 'C4' toggle is 'Off' in the 'N2', and unable to toggle it 'ON'.
