Process VDA: When adding the same Process Item Function with multiple effects, in tree view multiple effects appeared after refreshing, it was removed.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AIAG-VDA Module Administrator
2.Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3.Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4.Click on Process AIAG VDA and Failure Analysis
5.Select PI
6.Select segment and click on done button
7.Add Effect for the PIF
8.Again Add Different Effect for same PIF
9.Observe the result in Tree view

Description

Process VDA: When adding the same Process Item Function with multiple effects, in tree view multiple effects appeared after refreshing, it was removed. (158, 159, 160)

Note:
In VDA, unable to add the same Process Item Function with multiple effects.
In Aqua pro , able to add the same Process Item Function with multiple effects. (161)
