Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Doc pro module admin rights
2. Goto the DP settings
3. Set common review cycle and default review cycle as April
4. Do a New document request and upload the document after approval it will show in TOC
5. Try to do the change request for the document and observe the date

Change Request-->Next Review due date is showing wrong.

The default common review cycle is april. When the user tries to do a new document request, it shows 01-04-2024(April 1st), but when am doing the change request from TOC, it is shows as "12/01/2024"
