Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into HR Pro with user preference as DD/MM/YYYY.
2. Go to Training tab.
3. Click on Request menu.
4. Click on new request.
5. in that new training request screen, enter number of days as "5" and in Training required Date select the date as "September 25".
6. Now observe the date range selection

Description
1. In Training request the number of days and date range selection is wrong if user preference is in DD/MM/YYYY Format.
Note: But after saving the training request and reopen the same request shows the correct date
2. Also in training calendar, if the date format is in DD/MM/YYYY format, training request pop up is not appearing.
