Steps To Reproduce:

Step 1: Open the “Preferences New” menu.

Step 2: Enable the “Allow multiple selection in multi-dropdown cells”

Step 3: Open the DFMEA with the Higher-Level Element selected.

Step 4: Double-click on the “AIAG-VDA Potential Effects of Failure: Sev” and select Flow-up to failures.

Step 5: Select Flow-up failures and click on the ok button.

Step 6: Observe the result.
