when I edit the Production Item description and the tool tip name is not updated, after refreshing is updated the tool tip

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login As a AQuaPro Module User/Admin

2.Click On Products Menu

3.Expand the AQuaPro Sub Menu

4.Navigating to Main2

5.Expand Global

6.Right click any PI and select Edit properties

7.Rename the description and click on ok button

above mentioned issue is not fixed in 11.3.0 build
