Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as EWQIMS user with given URL.
2.Navigate to Change management menu
3.Initiate the PCR form
4.publish the form and approve it
5.open PCN from status page
6.CTRL+ Click on View Document EC form
7.Enter the Data's and continue with workflow
8.Try to delete mapped document
8.observe changes

1.on viewing attachment , it need to open on new tab
2.on deleting attachment , whether responsible person also need to delete?
3.for external document - after deletion not able to attach attachment again
4.Not able to view external attachment
5.without selecting completion date , on clicking submit button , it need to show alert " please complete pending action "
