Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST module.
2.Select the FTA menu.
3.Select the safety goal and Failure.
4.Right click on the failure and select the option flowdown.
5.Add the multiple element and multiple failure.
6.Do the failure flowdown of any one element and check rest of failure is visible or not in FMEDA.
