1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Add a new Requirement, allocate multiple elements, and delete the Requirement.
3. Add two Requirements for Function and delete the first Requirement.
4. Delete the Added Requirement, add a new Requirement and allocate elements.

Description

1. Added a new Requirement, allocated elements, and deleted the Requirement alignment issue occurs.

2. Added multiple Requirements for a Function, while deleting the first Requirement a blank shrinked is showing.

3. Deleted and added a new Requirement, while trying to add the allocation the Function is not showing in the Flow-down popup.
