1.login as CM Module Admin
2.navigate to change management setup
3.map required set up for process change request form
4.initiate process change request form
5.enter required data's in form
6.publish the form and approve it
7.open CN from status page
8.navigate to document subform and open it
9.select responsible person and target date
10.click on submit button
11.login as responsible person
12.try to attach output document
13.observe changes
