1)Log in to the module as auditor
2)pick the audit ready to perform
3)click on upload audit record
4)raise an NC and add an attachment for the nc as mentioned in "image A1"
5)again click on the same nc attachment attach some other file in the attachment
6)After attaching the file Click on document Icon to view the attached file
7)Getting the Error observe the "image A2"
8)again click on the same NC Attachment attach some other Document
9)click on the document icon to view the attached file
10)this time two Windows are getting opened with the same attached document observe the "image A3"
